UV DTF is an amazing new printing method which follows on from DTF (direct to film) – where regular DTF is aimed at the garment, fabric and textile printing markets UV DTF will enable customisation of almost any product that features a rigid surface that is either flat or single radius curved.

Our UV DTF prints are offered with a varnished or non-varnished finish for glossy (varnish) or matte (non-vanish) finish.

This product listing is for glossy varnish finish.

UV DTF print transfers can be applied directly to any rigid, none porous material including, but not limited:

• Ceramic
• Metal
• Wood
• Glass
• Stone

With the Ink Experts print on demand service you can offer UV DTF printed products to your customers.

Simply upload your design artwork, we will print then dispatch to you.

On arrive cut your transfers to size and apply to the product.

You will receive a UV DTF PET film transfer sheet printed with your design artwork.

Print Size:

• 55cm wide
• 75cm high / length

Artwork requirements:

• PNG file format
• RGB Colour Mode
• High Resolution (300DPI preferred)
• Transparent background
• Any white areas left white (HEX FFFFFF)
• No mirror image (our software will automatically mirror image)
• Copy owned or approved*
• No embedded colour profiles**

Emailing artwork:

• Following an order being placed your artwork can be sent to sales@inkexperts.co.uk
• Please quote your order number when emailing artwork
• Ensure artwork conforms to requirements above

Application instructions:

• Ensure the product surface is clean and free of grease an dust
• Wipe using a lint free microfibre cloth
• Apply the UV DTF transfer sticker by hand
• Press / rub the transfer to ensure it adheres to the product surface
• Carefully peel away the carrier film to leave the transfer

Recommended washing:

• Hand wash only

* All artwork uploaded for printing must be copyright owned by the user. Any infringement of copyright material will be reported and removed from prints with no refund offered.

**To try to ensure artwork is as closely matched as possible please provide artwork without any embedded colour profiles. Colours on the printed transfer sheet may vary slightly to those shown on screen due to differences in display screens.
