Ink Experts aim to dispatch in stock items within 2 day of an order being placed, but do note some orders can experience delays.
Furthermore, during holiday periods orders dispatch times may be extended.

Our website allows you to select which delivery method you would like to have your order shipped by.

If your order is urgent we recommend FedEx courier delivery.

Order cut off time is 2:00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after this time may still be processed, however it is not guaranteed.

Custom orders including DTF print on demand services have a cut off time of 12.00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm may be dispatched the same Friday evening. If an order is placed using Express Delivery (FedEx) service the earliest delivery date would be the following Monday (the next working day), though in most cases it will be the following Tuesday.

Orders placed after 2pm of a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday due to order cut off time of 2pm which applies Monday to Friday.

We do not ship orders over the weekend (Saturday / Sunday), National Holidays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over these days are processed the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm of a Friday or at any point over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not be dispatched until the following Monday due to order cut off time of 2pm which applies Monday to Friday.

We do not process or ship orders over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), National Holidays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over these days are processed the following working day.

We endeavor to ship your item(s) as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00pm (GMT) are usually dealt with and shipped within 2 working days.

Any orders placed over the weekend, and also during holiday periods, may be delayed while we work through the backlog.

Ink Experts do charge for delivery, but we keep our delivery prices as low as possible.

Website delivery prices and services are based on order weight and size. Delivery location is also a factor some certain areas including (but not limited to; Scottish Highlands, Scottish Irelands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland)

We ship to UK mainland, Republic of Ireland, and most European countries.

Only Express and Priority delivery services are insured should the order get lost/damaged during dispatch.

Economy and Standard delivery services are not insured and cannot be claimed for should the order be lost or damaged in dispatch.
